Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set up 3 bowls with your ingredients: 1. grapes 2. goat cheese mixture 3. toasted walnuts. See Photo
  2. Put one 1 tablespoon of the goat cheese mixture in the palm of one hand and in it roll a grape, shaping the mixture around the grape to coat. Repeat process with remaining grapes and chill on a sheet pan for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll the cheese-coated grapes in the nut mixture to cover completely and chill for 30 minutes See Photo. Serve in unbleached mini cupcake liners, if desired.
