Goat Cheese And Cranberry Wild Rice Pilaf

Ingredients:

  • dash each of salt and black pepper
  • 2-3 spoonfuls crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cook about 1 cup wild rice according to package directions.
  2. In the last minute of cooking, add the butter, salt, pepper, walnuts, and cranberries.
  3. Mix well, and let sit for a few minutes.
  4. Crumble on the goat cheese before serving.
