Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread (gluten free nutty recipe on my food blog)
  • smear dijon mustard
  • 2 slices avocados
  • 2 pieces romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices roasted turkey

Directions:

  1. 1. Toast bread.
  2. 2. Smear bread with mustard and avocado.
  3. 3. Place lettuce on bread, then turkey slices.
  4. 4. Close sandwich and eat.
