Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC (390ºF).
  2. Microwave whole potatoes on high for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
  3. Place potatoes on a baking tray and cut an X into the top of each potato. Using a fork, squash down on the top so the potato splays out.
  4. Add a teaspoon of garlic butter to the centre of each potato and bake in the oven for 10-20 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
