Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate cucumber and squeeze between paper towels several times to remove excess moisture.
  2. Place cucumber in a small bowl, stir in yogurt, sour cream, oil, dill, vinegar, garlic, and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Refirigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  5. Garnish with additional minced dill before serving if desired.
