Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup dry mustard
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Just blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator for 7 days.
  3. Every couple of days shake the jar for a couple of seconds.
  4. After 7 days, stir and serve as you would any mustard, only a lot less.
  5. Makes a great gift.
  6. Place in a decorative jar, top with a ribbon and a copy of the recipe.
  7. Enjoy!
