This is from the Gabby Gourmet(Fred Wix) Cooking Show on KUTV News at noon in Salt Lake City. I've used it for a long time and like it very much. Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour |
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup dry mustard |
3/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Just blend all of the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth. 2. Pour into a glass jar with a lid and place in the refrigerator for 7 days. 3. Every couple of days shake the jar for a couple of seconds. 4. After 7 days, stir and serve as you would any mustard, only a lot less. 5. Makes a great gift. 6. Place in a decorative jar, top with a ribbon and a copy of the recipe. 7. Enjoy! |
