Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. PLace 12 paper cups into a muffin pan
  2. Whisk theyoghurt and honey together until well blended
  3. Divide the mixture between the paper cups
  4. Top with assorted fruit in a decorative manner
  5. Cover with cling wrap and freeze for a couple of hours/until firm
  6. Carefully peel off paper cases
  7. Place 2 on a dessert plate arrange some fruit decoratively on the side
  8. TIP:-
  9. Allow fruit cupsto stand at room temp. for about 5 mins to soften slightly before eating........Mmmmmm.....Mmmmmm.....Mmmmm
