Fruit Cookies For Diabetics

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 cups flour cups
  • 1/3 cup chooped nuts

Directions:

  1. Combined 1 cup oil water rasins cinnamon and nutmeg in sauce pan; boil 3 minutes let cool
  2. Combined salt soda sweetner and 2 tbs. water stir untill dissovled
  3. Add eggs stir into cooled mixture
  4. Add sifted flour and baking powder mix well Blend in nuts
  5. Drop by teaspoons ful onto greased baking sheet
  6. Bake at 375 untill lightly brown
  7. Yeilds 3 dozen cookies
