Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs tomatoes
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Finely slice tomoto into thin slices.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons of surga.
  3. Taste the tomato frequently as you make it and add more of surga.
  4. Once you're satisfied with the taste, chill in the fridge before serving.
