Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh mint
  • sugar to taste
  • lemon or lime slices and additional mint , optional

Directions:

  1. Place mint in a large bowl; pour water over mint; let stand for 2 hours.
  2. Strain mint mixture; discard mint. Fill chilled glasses with ice; add mint mixture and sugar. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and mint if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
