French Onion Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup beef broth
  • 5 oz croutons
  • 2 tbsp evoo
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 piece vadalia onion

Directions:

  1. Saute onion for in Dutch oven for 15 mins. Add wine, boil, add broth. Heat on low 10 minutes and then season with pepper. Divide 4 ways. Top with croutons and cheese and broil for 1 minute
