Ingredients:
2 cup(s) beef broth |
5 ounce(s) croutons |
2 tablespoon(s) evoo |
1 cup(s) red wine |
4 slice(s) thick swiss cheese |
2 piece(s) vadalia onion |
Directions:
1. Saute onion for in Dutch oven for 15 mins. Add wine, boil, add broth. Heat on low 10 minutes and then season with pepper. Divide 4 ways. Top with croutons and cheese and broil for 1 minute |
