Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 (8 oz) can mashed tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Put all the dough ingredians into the food processor and mix until the dough is soft but not sticky, you might need to add water our flour.
  2. Make a daughball and put it into a small plastic bag and into the fridge.
  3. Meanwhile, defrost the green beans or cook until softened.
  4. Mash them a little together with the tomatoes and add the spices.
  5. Flatten out your daugh and put 2/3 of it into a buttered pie-tray.
  6. Put the filling inside and pour the cream over it.
  7. Put the flattened out rest of daugh over the tray and close upp.
  8. With a folk, make some little holes into your potpie and bake it for 45min or more at 180 degrees celsius.
