Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup real butter
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour...wholesome
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger...snappy kick
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • add flour , wheat germ , baking soda , cinnamon , ginger ,cloves and salt.
  • scoop the dough up and lay gently on sheet,2 apart.
  • bake in a pretty hot oven,at 375 degrees,for about 10 minutes.

  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk...clean
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chunk rich chocolate...sharp
  • mix together brown sugar,peanut butter,butter and egg.
  • add flour , dry milk , baking soda ,baking powder and salt.
  • glide these down onto the sheet,2 apart.
  • bake in the same hot oven at 375 degrees for the same 10 minutes
