Ingredients:

  • 18 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped ham

Directions:

  1. Beat together the melted butter and eggs; set aside.
  2. Cream together: sour cream, milk and salt; add: green onions, grated cheese and ham. Mix this with the egg and butter mixture.
  3. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan
  4. Bake for 50-60 min at 350* or until set up but moist.
