Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
  2. Cut off the very very end of the stems and slice the mushrooms lengthwise.
  3. In a small skillet, melt the butter on medium low heat.
  4. Add the chanterelles and saute for 2 minutes and 10 seconds then remove from heat.
  5. Taste and enjoy the flavor!
