Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together green onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, 2 cloves of the garlic and tarragon.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine remaining garlic with butter.
  4. For each packet, place 1 sheet of fila on a board and brush with about 2 tsp garlic butter.
  5. Place a second sheet of fila on top and brush with another 2 tsp of garlic butter.
  6. Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt& pepper.
  7. Spoon about 3 tbs herb mayonnaise over both sides of chicken breast.
  8. Place onto corner of fila.
  9. Flip corner of fila over chicken roll once.
  10. Fold sides in then roll up to opposite corner.
  11. Place the 6 packets slightly apart in an ungreased baking pan.
  12. Brush with remaining garlic butter.
  13. Sprinkle with cheese.
  14. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden.
