Ingredients:

  • 1 large can tuna , packed in water, drained
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt, drained (you could use it undrained but your salad would be more watery. i buy large cartons and drain it through cheesecloth or paper-towel lining a sieve for at least overnight and keep it on hand as i don'tsp care for watery anything....except some soups, of course.)
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • salt and regular black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix everything except the yogurt, adjust seasonings to taste, then mix in the yogurt until the desired consistency. I had this with whole wheat crackers (5), on a couple of romaine lettuce leaves, and I judge the whole meal came in under 200 calories! Yay!
