Ingredients:

  1. The day before prepare the marinade for the olives.
  2. For 1 and half cups of pitted green olives add: 1 tsp mixed herbs, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp roasted pepper, 1 clove of garlic cut in half. Store in an air tight container in the fridge until serving.
  3. Boil the quail eggs for 2 to 3 minutes and let them cool in ice water for 1 minute. Remove the shells and arrange them in toothpicks with the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Arrange the salami, prosciutto and cheese around the plate.
  5. Place the olives in the center.
  6. Serve with good toasted sour dough bread drizzled with olive oil.
