Exotic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Brown tenderloin on all sides in a pan.
  3. Remove and place in oven proof dish.
  4. Add coconut milk ,tomato paste, paprika, salt and pepper to taste to pan, let simmer for 5 minute.
  5. Add green onions, red pepper and mushrooms, heat through.
  6. Pour mixture over pork tenderloin.
  7. Place in oven for 30-40 min 400°F.
  8. Slice tenderloin before serving.
