Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix 1/4 c flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter together to a pie crust-like consistency. Set aside.
  2. Mix sugar, 2 Tbs flour, and cinnamon.
  3. Grease a 13x9 pan.
  4. Arrange apples in pan.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle oatmeal mixture over the top of this.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
