Eleanor's Oven Fried Haddock

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 haddock fillets
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 525 degrees.
  2. Add salt to milk.
  3. Cut filets into serving pieces, dip into milk, then in the bread crumbs, cheese and thyme.
  4. Arrange fish in well-greased dish and pour butter over evenly.
  5. Bake on top rack 12 minutes.
  6. Garnish with paprika.
  7. Serve with lemon slices.
