Easy, delicious, wonderful, a winner. If your oven doesn't have that range of heat, just put at the highest. This terrific main dish comes from my very special cousin who makes every meal joyful, delicious and all keepers. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon milk |
1 cup milk |
3 haddock fillets |
3/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 525 degrees. 2. Add salt to milk. 3. Cut filets into serving pieces, dip into milk, then in the bread crumbs, cheese and thyme. 4. Arrange fish in well-greased dish and pour butter over evenly. 5. Bake on top rack 12 minutes. 6. Garnish with paprika. 7. Serve with lemon slices. |
