Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized eggplant, sliced and cooked.
  • place in large oblong baking dish.
  • mix
  • 1/2 cup. (melted bargarine)
  • 1/2 cup. cheese (shredded )
  • 1/2 cup. cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsps. flour
  • 1 cup. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Pour over eggplant, bake in 375 degree oven 1/2 hour, serves 8.
