Ingredients:

  • 1 medium potato, red , cut into cubes
  • 1/2 small carrot, sliced thin
  • 2/3 cup. celery, chopped
  • 1 dried dill to taste
  • 1 garlic to taste
  • 1 black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil the potato and carrot in water until soft (about 15 minutes), drain. Lower the heat, add remaining ingredients and simmer to combine the flavors.
