Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 (1 oz) packets ranch dressing mix (dry )
  • 2 (1 1/2 oz) packets taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans
  • 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10 oz) can rotel
  • 2 (15 1/4 oz) cans white corn

Directions:

  1. Brown beef with onions in skillet
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Dump everything (including all juices from cans) in a crock pot.
  4. Add seasonings.
  5. Cook 2-4 hours on high.
