Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package mushrooms
  • 1/2 sleeve ritz cracker
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Chop mushroom stems.
  2. Sauté stems and garlic in butter and olive oil
  3. Crush ritz crackers and add crackers, bread crumbs and parm cheese.
  4. Stuff mushrooms.
  5. Bake 375 for 30 min.
