My grandmother used to make this when we visited her. very simple and can serve with some cool whip and ice cream. its very moist. Ingredients:
5 eggs |
1/2 cup oil |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup milk |
1 (18 ounce) box white cake mix |
1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients in a bowl and use hand mixer until smooth. 2. place in greased and floured pan using a bundt or a tube pan. 3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour 4. Cool completely. 5. Dust with powdered sugar. |
