Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick (4 oz) butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix peaches with sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
  3. Melt butter in oven in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Stir together flour, baking powder and milk.
  5. Pour over melted butter, but do not mix flour mixture with the melted butter.
  6. Gently pour peaches on top.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
  8. Good with vanilla ice cream.
  9. Good hot or cold!
