Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter.
  3. Roll chicken pieces in Ritz cracker crumbs, coating all sides.
  4. Place in 13 x 9 glass pan.
  5. Sprinke top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
