Easy Cinnamon Apple Raisin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Take peeled and chopped apples and place them in a micowave safe bowl.
  3. Add water to the apples and microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
  4. Combine apples and all remaining ingriendients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hr to 1 hr 15 minutes.
  7. When done let sit for 15 mins before removing from pan and placing on a wire rack.
  8. Enjoy!
