Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook 3 chicken breasts. Chop chicken into small pieces or shred, depending on how you like it. I use a hand chopper, it is a lot easier. Chop 2 celery stalks and add to chicken. Add the low fat sour cream, olive oil mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Mix well and it is ready to serve. Enjoy!
