Easy Chicken Salad Ala Low Fat |

Trying to lose weight and eat better is hard, but this is a quick easy and really tasty chicken salad recipe. It is very tasty and you can eat it with whole wheat crackers or on whole wheat bread, buns or thins. We love it in our house! Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts |
2 celery |
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream |
1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook 3 chicken breasts. Chop chicken into small pieces or shred, depending on how you like it. I use a hand chopper, it is a lot easier. Chop 2 celery stalks and add to chicken. Add the low fat sour cream, olive oil mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Mix well and it is ready to serve. Enjoy! |
