Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Season chicken to your taste.
  3. In a small bowl, mix well the sour cream and Dijon mustard- set aside.
  4. Dip each seasoned breast in sour cream/ mustard mixture, coating well.
  5. Dredge each coated breast in seasoned bread crumbs.
  6. Arrange pieces in a a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes or until thickest part is no longer pink.
