Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 9x5 loaf pan.
  3. I use Bakers Joy Spray.
  4. Mix all ingredients together well about 2 minutes on medium speed.
  5. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan 10 minutes Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
