Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp flax oil
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1/3 cup apple juice

Directions:

  1. Throw it all in a blender and blend. Don't forget the water or you get purple cement.
