Double Dipped Spicy Cheez It Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Wash and dry chicken.
  3. Combine Parmesan, crushed Cheez-it crackers, chili powder and cayenne pepper into large zip lock bag.
  4. Crush the mix until it resembles bread crumbs.
  5. Add parsley and basil.
  6. In a bowl mix eggs and milk and whisk with fork.
  7. Dip chicken into egg wash and transfer to cracker mix and shake until well coated.
  8. Repeat the above step once more.
  9. Place the chicken strips into greased baking dish and bake 8-10 minutes on each side.
