Double Cheese, Onion, and Celery Toastie

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 25 g cheese
  • 1 tbsp spring onion
  • 1/2 tbsp celery
  • twist pepper

Directions:

  1. Brush the sandwich toaster with a little sunflower oil, wiping off the excess with kitchen paper. Preheat the sandwich toaster to its highest setting.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread. Turn the bread over and spread the cottage cheese over one of the slices. Cover this with the Double Gloucester, onion, celery and pepper. Place the second slice of bread on top (buttered side up). Put the sandwich in the toaster, close the lid, and cook for 3 minutes until crisp and golden.
