Doreen's Steak Nacho Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Lay down tortilla chips in round baking dish
  3. Spoon out glops of refried beans
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 pepper jack on top of beans
  5. Lay down sliced steak, covering chips completely
  6. Sprinkle remaining pepper jack on top of steak
  7. Sprinkle 2/3 of cilantro and all of the onions
  8. Sprinkle cheddar cheese
  9. Garnish with tomatoes, remaining cilantro and jalapeno rings
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbling.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  12. Place avocado evenly over top.
  13. Cut with large pizza cutter 4 pieces.
