Daughter's Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 5 1/3 tbsp butter (soft )
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
  3. Whisk together the flour, salt, soda, and powder; set aside.
  4. In a large bowl beat on high speed for 2-3 minutes the butter, and sugar.
  5. Beat in the flour mixture till blended and is the consistency of brown sugar.
  6. Gradually beat in the eggs.
  7. Fold in the bananas and nuts till combined.
  8. Put into a greased and floured bread pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until bread tests done.
  9. Cool pan on rack for 5-10 minutes.
  10. Take out and cool on rack.
