Ingredients:

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • salt (to taste)
  • 6 -7 small green chilies
  • 2 large lemons

Directions:

  1. Place thin slices of tomatoe in a flat plate or serving tray.
  2. Finely chop the green chillies and spread over the tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the tomatoes.
  4. Liberally sprinkle the lemon juice over the tomatoes.
