Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat oil; saute onion until tender.
  2. Stir in soup and curry powder; bring to a boil.
  3. Add the shrimp; cook and stir until shrimp are pink.
  4. Lower heat and stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until heated thoroughly.
  6. Serve over rice.
