A delicious quick and easy meal. Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen small shrimp, thawed,uncooked,peeled,and deveined |
1 cup sour cream |
salt and pepper |
hot cooked rice |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, heat oil; saute onion until tender. 2. Stir in soup and curry powder; bring to a boil. 3. Add the shrimp; cook and stir until shrimp are pink. 4. Lower heat and stir in sour cream, salt, and pepper. 5. Cook until heated thoroughly. 6. Serve over rice. |
