Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice steak on diagonal.
  2. Heat oil in skillet or wok, add garlic, ginger, steak, salt& pepper, cook 3 minutes.
  3. Add curry coriander and onion, saute 3 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, simmer until liquid evaporates.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add yogurt.
  7. Adjust seasonings to taste.
