Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Stir together cream cheese, sugar and egg. Stir in chocolate morsels and coconut.
  3. Spoon cake batter into 24 paper lined muffin cups filling each half full.
  4. Drop cream cheese mixture into the middle of each cupcake by rounded teaspoons full.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 19 to 22 minutes. (until toothpick comes out clean)
  6. Cool in pan for 15 minutes and remove to cooling rack.
