Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, green onion, garlic powder, lemon juice, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce and sour cream.
  2. Fold in crab and shrimp. Spoon into shallow baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
  5. Uncover and bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve with crackers, celery sticks or other raw vegetables.
