Croissant A L'orange

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter casserole dish.
  2. Cut croissants in half lengthwise and line bottom halves in pan.
  3. Thin marmalade with orange juice and spoon over each bottom half.
  4. Save some for glaze on top.
  5. Replace tops.
  6. Beat eggs, cream, and extract, then pour over croissants.
  7. Cover with glaze. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  9. Garnish and serve.
