Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs kielbasa
  • 4 (12 oz) jars chili sauce
  • 3 cups brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut the kielbasa into about 6 inch links and boil in water to get rid of the excess fat (about 20 minutes).
  2. Remove from water and let cool enough to handle.
  3. Cut kielbasa in to bite-sized pieces.
  4. Mix together kielbasa, chili sauce, and brown sugar in at least a 5-qt crock pot.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cook for about 2-3 hours on medium-high heat or until everything is heated through and the kielbasa looks glazed over.
