Crock Pot Ground Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can green peas
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can water

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain beef.
  2. Peel and slice vegetables.
  3. Place layers of vegetables in crock pot in order given.
  4. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
  5. Then place cooked beef in pot.
  6. Mix soup with water and pour over all.
  7. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (cook high 2-4 hours stirring occasionally).
